Terms & Conditions
- Payment - Cryptocurrency (USDT). Fifty percent (50%) deposit of $17,725.46 due from the Buyer upon acceptance of this Proforma Invoice, payable in USDT ERC-20 (Ethereum) to the Supplier's wallet: 0x03ca6882ddad63de8e4582736cef1e585ce2f2c9. Deposit receipt (txid) confirms the order and triggers production. Remaining 50% balance due upon batch completion and prior to dispatch from the Supplier's facility.
- Pricing - all-inclusive. Quoted unit prices are firm and inclusive of international freight to the destination nominated by the Buyer. No additional charges for standard packaging or courier. Customs duties / import taxes, if any, are for the Buyer's account.
- Potency & content guarantee. Purity guaranteed at a minimum of 98% by HPLC. Net peptide content guaranteed at no less than 90% of the labeled amount (e.g., a 100 mg kit contains no less than 90 mg); typical batches meet or exceed the advertised quantity. Recourse: should a delivered batch test below the guaranteed purity or content floor on independent analysis performed by one of the following approved laboratories — Janoshik Analytical, TrustPointe Analytics, or Chromate Labs — the Supplier and Buyer will agree on a remedy: (a) remake of the affected batch at no additional charge, or (b) a refund — full for purity below 98%, pro-rata for content shortfalls (e.g., 100 mg kit testing at 50 mg → 50% of line value). Remedy applies only to goods returned to the Supplier. If the parties cannot agree on which remedy applies, the Supplier will remake and re-ship the affected batch once at no additional charge. The approved-laboratory list may be updated by written agreement of both parties.
- Product format. Lyophilized powder, sterile vials. Tesa/Ipa supplied as a co-formulated blend (5 mg / 5 mg per kit) unless advised otherwise. Individual kit mg-strengths as listed above.
- Lead time & delivery. Production, dispatch, and door-to-door delivery within approximately 4 weeks (~20 business days) of confirmed deposit receipt. This schedule is contingent on normal customs clearance; delays caused by customs or regulatory holds may extend the delivery window and are outside the Supplier's control. Delivery address & consignee details to be confirmed with the Buyer ahead of final delivery.
- Customs seizure re-shipment. If a shipment is confiscated or seized by customs in transit, the Supplier will re-ship the order once at no additional charge. Limited to a single complimentary re-shipment per order. This does not cover non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address / consignee details supplied by the Buyer, refused delivery, or any subsequent loss, which are handled by separate arrangement.
- Validity. This Proforma Invoice is valid for 14 days from the issue date. Prices held firm for the duration of the order once accepted.
